1. Where are the Archives located?

2. Who can access the Archives?
Students, Alumni, Faculty, Staff, Researchers, Genealogists, and enthusiasts may access the archives. However, you must make an appointment with the archivist.
3. What is in the Archives?
The archives were founded in 2005 through generous donations of materials from the school community. It possess faculty papers, artifacts, photographs, yearbooks, scrapbooks, and historical records documenting the history of the Kinkaid School. Materials range in date from the early 1900s through the modern era.
4. How can I donate materials to the Archives?
You may donate materials by contacting the school archivist. Donors are required to sign a Deed of Gift.
5. Can I check-out materials from the Archives?
No. In order to preserve and protect the materials, we do not make them available for check-out. However, we are able to scan and/or copy materials for personal or professional research purposes.
6. Can I volunteer in the archives?
Yes. Volunteers who wish to devote some of their time to the Archives are most welcome. Please contact the archivist to inquire about scheduling.
